Dear Conference Exhibitors,

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor for the Florida Reading Association's Annual Conference. All booth spaces  for the 2008 Conference will be sold through Joan Coan (acoan@cfl.rr.com), the FRA Exhibit Coordinator.

FRA is excited about our upcoming 2008 Conference. We will be at a beautiful new location in Orlando for the next 5 years, the Shingle Creek Resort. Conference dates are Sept 4-7, 2008. Set-up will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 4th. We encourage you to contact Shingle Creek to arrange for some type of “munchie” at your booth. There will be prizes awarded to conference attendees present in the exhibit hall throughout the evening. This new facility allows for this function to work more smoothly.

Conference Exhibit hours are: Thursday 6-8 pm; Friday and Saturday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.  

Attached below you will find the registration form for your booth(s). Reminder, booths will be assigned on a first-come first- served basis. Also attached are forms affording you the opportunity to advertise in our quarterly journal (cost sheet attached). If you wish to sponsor any of our food functions, please contact Evelyn Florence at 850-566-9761.
